Project Manager

Amygdaleonas aerodrome ”Lydia’’, https://lgkm.aero, the first private general aviation aerodrome in Greece, not only extend our training and maintenance capacity but it can house many other business activities.

We’re searching for a highly qualified project manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative and creative company.

The ideal candidate will have experience and strong skills in developing, planning and overseeing business opportunities from the initial ideation through to completion.

Objectives of this role:

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

• Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met

• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, identifying, and mitigating potential risks.

• Define resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.

• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

• Outline a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.

• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

Skills & Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management experience.

• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

• Proven success working with all levels of management.

• Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical skills to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.

• Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

• Project Management Professional training & certification.

• Excellent Knowledge of English and Greek Language.

• Experience in developing platforms for internal processes

• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.

From Private Pilot Licenses to well trained professionals, Egnatia Aviation offers industry specific curricula for all kinds of Pilot Licenses, approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency and following the latest international aviation standards.

We are seeking professional and enthusiastic Instrument Rating Instructors with outstanding interpersonal qualities, passionate in teaching, adhering to industry standards and company policies.

Essential Criteria:

• Current EASA Commercial Pilots License (CPL)

• Valid FI/IRI

• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical

Main Duties:

• Instruct on our flight training courses – aircraft and FNPTII as directed by the CFI>

• Provide a high standard of student preparation through our training syllabus

• Meet out training targets with the customers

• Achieve training time schedule based on a planned program

• Online Aptitude Test & Personality Traits Assessment

• Instructor Seminar Attendance conducted in Kavala, Greece with maximum length of time up to 3 weeks including, induction, intense standardisation training and final assessment.
