Instrument Rating Instructors

The Position

Egnatia Aviation is the country’s largest Approved Training Organisation and one of the largest Approved Training Organisations in South Europe.Since January 2023 we are thrilled to operate in our own aerodrome "Lydia" (LGKM) at Amigdaleonas, Kavala, Greece, https://lgkm.aero/ , the first private,fully functional,general aviation aerodrome of the country.

Egnatia Aviation is not just a school that provides major Airlines with pilots; it is an Academy that creates well-trained pilots in each category of specialisation. From Private Pilot Licenses to well trained professionals, Egnatia Aviation offers industry specific curricula for all kinds of Pilot Licenses, approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency and following the latest international aviation standards.

We are seeking professional and enthusiastic Instrument Rating Instructors with outstanding interpersonal qualities, passionate in teaching, adhering to industry standards and company policies.

Position Details:

Essential Criteria:

• Current EASA Commercial Pilots License (CPL)

• Valid FI/IRI

• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical

• Valid ICAO ELP

• Right to live and work in the EU

Main Duties:

• Instruct on our flight training courses – aircraft and FNPTII as directed by the CFI>

• Provide a high standard of student preparation through our training syllabus

• Meet out training targets with the customers

• Achieve training time schedule based on a planned program

Selection method:

• Online Interview

• Online Aptitude Test & Personality Traits Assessment

• Instructor Seminar Attendance conducted in Kavala, Greece with maximum length of time up to 3 weeks including, induction, intense standardisation training and final assessment.

• Interview in person

• Technical assessment
