Training Resources Manager

The Position

We are looking for a Training Resources Manager, responsible to coordinate and manage the resources of the (ATO) Approved Training Organisation, including aircraft, airports, instructors, planning, dispatchers etc. aiming to respond in time and effectively to the production needs.

Role and Main Responsibilities

• Forecasting and planning.

• Identify and set objectives, manage, and prioritise workload and other resources.

• Monitor performance against objectives, anticipating and putting steps in place to mitigate potential issues/ problems.

• Coordination and operational meetings management.

• Metrics and Reporting.

Essential Criteria

• Management background in aviation operations or similar working experience.

• Fluency in English.

• Confidence with technology.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Eligible to work and live in Europe.

Preferred Criteria

• Pilot and/or Flight Instructor Background.

Training Continuity & Quality Supervisor

The Position

We are looking for a Training Continuity & Quality Supervisor, responsible to monitor and ensure the solid progression of the students in collaboration with their mentor instructors. The position reports to the CFI.

Role and Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the smooth progress of the students in collaboration with the mentor instructors.

• Monitor and ensure the swift and steady transition of the students’ batches from theory to flight and vice versa complying with the contractual obligations.

• Develop the quality of the training aids and material .

• Standardise the ''look and feel'' of the training provided in theory and flight.

Essential Criteria

• ATPL Theory Background.

• Quality mindset.

• Fluency in English.

• Confident with technology and digital training & learning material.

• Eligible to work and live in Europe.

Preferred Criteria

• Pilot and/or Flight Instructor Background.
