The Egnatia Aviation Selection Process aims to check the candidate's trainability and employability. You will need to pass an aviation-specific medical examination. Both the European (EASA) and UAE GCAA authorities require a Class 1 medical for a Commercial Pilot Licence and a Class 2 medical for a Private Pilot Licence. In every European country, there are approved medical centres and doctors who conduct these examinations. The medical must be renewed regularly: Class 1 every year, while the renewal period for Class 2 depends on your age.
