
ICAO CPL(A) ME/IR to EASA/UAE GCAA CPL(A) ME/IR Conversion
The ICAO CPL(A) ME/IR to EASA/UAE GCAA CPL(A) ME/IR Conversion Course is designed for pilots who already hold a valid ICAO CPL and wish to convert it to an EASA/GCAA license.
By the end of the course, you’ll be fully prepared and qualified to operate under the EASA/GCAA licensing framework with confidence and compliance.
- 200hrs in total of which
- 100 as PIC, of which a 300nm cross country PIC trip in which the license holder landed in two airports apart from the origin/destination airport
- 50 hours solo cross country
- Night Rating (4 hours dual training of which 1 hour night navigation and 5 solo night takeoffs and full stop landings)
- Current ICAO IR rating
- Class I Medical Certificate: Candidates must hold a valid Class I Medical Certificate before the commencement of any flight training.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): ELP assessment is included as part of the conversion course for all candidates.
- License Verification: A license verification shall be obtained from the authority that issued your ICAO license prior to commencing flight training.
